Proven experience
Established in 2010 Optimus Health Group was founded with a dream of providing community athletes with the same level of physiotherapy and strength & conditioning access as elite athletes.
Over the past 10 years we have provided physiotherapy and sports trainer services to over 200 teams in Football, Soccer and Rugby Union as well as being trusted by Xavier College, Scotch College, Melbourne Grammar, Brighton Grammar and St Kevins College to provide First Aid and Physiotherapy to various sporting codes.
Since 2010 our caseload has rapidly expanded to also include a wide range of general population patients.
At Optimus Health our goals are to provide the same level of service and expertise to all our patients, no matter their injury or reason for surgery. Everyone deserves to get back to their passions, work or sport pain free.
