HOW OUR FACILITY WORKS

Each athlete has a coach who supervisors your specific program and trains under the guidance of a coach on the floor during your training block. Our coaches will understand your goals which will be adapted throughout preseason, the regular season and the off season.

Testing occurs throughout the year to ensure you are improving. We do this utlising our specialised VALD Performance equipment.
