Lead by our experienced Physiotherapists and experienced Physiotherapy Assistants , our pilates group classes are now available in Richmond. These session are in a group setting (Max 4 to a class) with individualised exercises for each client.

The focus is on progressive rehabilitation and core strengthening, whether you're post-injury and recovering, OR trying to prevent injury and improve performance.

For those returning from injury, the aim of these classes is to allow that bridge between injury rehabilitation and return to high level fitness and pain free training. Classes will focus on specific injury rehabilitation, core exercises and postural correction- all directed by an experienced Physiotherapist, who plays sport, understands the injury process and also regularly practices pilates at a high level.

*A one on one postural assessment is required prior to starting these classes.

Current Pilates Class Times:

- Mondays 7am and 745am

- Thursdays 630pm and 715pm

- Fridays 7am and 745am


These classes are also available for those who are looking to return to a high level of fitness- they are an excellent option to build core strength and control, whilst enjoying a workout with the confidence that a physiotherapist is present and guiding your program. Groups of up to 6, this is a brilliant option for those looking to mix up their fitness sessions.
