CLINICAL REFORMER PILATES CLASSES
Lead by our experienced Physiotherapists and experienced Physiotherapy Assistants, our pilates group classes are now available in Richmond. These session are in a group setting (Max 4 to a class) with individualised exercises for each client.
The focus is on progressive rehabilitation and core strengthening, whether you're post-injury and recovering, OR trying to prevent injury and improve performance.
For those returning from injury, the aim of these classes is to allow that bridge between injury rehabilitation and return to high level fitness and pain free training. Classes will focus on specific injury rehabilitation, core exercises and postural correction- all directed by an experienced Physiotherapist, who plays sport, understands the injury process and also regularly practices pilates at a high level.
*A one on one postural assessment is required prior to starting these classes.
PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL PILATES
Prenatal classes are for fit and active mums-to-be who want to complete exercises that are safe and supervised by experienced physiotherapists. Small groups of 2-4 enable our Physios to ensure you have plenty of hands on attention and focus.
Postnatal classes for mums and bubs (0-6 months) enable safe exercise to regain fitness and strength, and help recover from birth/ bond with bub, with the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist in groups of maximum 3 (+ 3 bubs).

THURSDAYS 6:30pm and 7:30pm
FRIDAYS 7am and 7:45am
SATURDAYS 9am and 10am

- FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH PILATES- *Great for athletes
- 1 on 1 sessions are available Monday to Friday 8am- 9pm
MAT BASED PILATES FITNESS CLASSES
These classes are also available for those who are looking to return to a high level of fitness- they are an excellent option to build core strength and control, whilst enjoying a workout with the confidence that a physiotherapist is present and guiding your program. Groups of up to 6, this is a brilliant option for those looking to mix up their fitness sessions.
