Katherine is currently completing postgraduate study in sports physiotherapy at La Trobe University, further pursuing her passion for helping athletes and sportspeople of every age and ability fulfil their potential.
Since graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2002, Katherine has worked in public health, private practice and elite sports. She has vast experience working within a range of different sports fields including rugby union, football, motorsport, cricket, netball, triathlon and distance running. She is qualified in dry needling, clinical Pilates, biomechanical assessments for running and particularly enjoys treating knee & wrist/hand injuries.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys going to concerts and festivals, travel, hiking, playing netball, running with (and after) her dogs, as well as watching virtually any live sports event.
