Bryan is the founder of Optimus Health Group. He graduated from La Trobe University in 2008, and has completed further study in Biomechanics and Kinematics, and is enrolled in the Leadership Development Program at Harvard University.
Bryan currently works as part of the Academy Team at Melbourne Rebels Super Rugby Club, appointed as the High Performance Manager for the Melbourne Rebels 7's program since 2016, with a keen interest in Long Term Player Athletic Development.
He is also involved with the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia (OWIA) looking after a few of Optimus’ Sponsored athletes like Cam Bolton (NSWIS) and has previous experience with the NFL (Seattle Seahawks 2010) and AFL (Richmond 2008) in North America and Australia.
Bryan has advanced manual skills and rehab skills specific to elite and semi-professional levels of Sports Physiotherapy, and incorporates these into amateur and weekend-warrior sports.
In his spare time he enjoys participating in 5-10km running, soccer and is a qualified snowboard instructor. Bryan also enjoys adventure activities such as skydiving, snorkelling and hiking whenever he gets the chance.
Bryan has a special interest in structuring ACL rehabilitation programs, thoroughly enjoying the latter stages of the rehab program and incorporating Strength & Conditioning Athletic Principles to help return to pre- surgery level and return to sport.
